Partnership application process
Partnership applications open annually in September.
Partnership applications start with the submission of an expression of interest. If this is approved following the review process, formative partnerships will be supported through an induction phase ready to begin at the start of the new academic year.
If you want to form a partnership with other schools in your area to progress your physics provision, you should apply to form a local cluster partnership. If you are part of a academy trust and want to develop science, you should apply to be an established collobaration partnership. Please select the appropriate route below to start your application.

Application
1 September – 1 February
- Applicant from lead school prepares and submits an Expression of Interest

Review
2 February – 31 March
- Applications will be reviewed and shortlisted

Offer
1 April – 30 April
- Successful partnerships will be notified

Induction
1 May – 30 June
- New partnerships will be supported with their action-planning and preparation for Year 1
