A simple card game that can help children develop an awareness of forces and movement.
This simple card game can be used when children are learning about forces and movement, it provides the opportunity to apply their new learning to vehicles. In playing the game, children will develop a historical awareness of how our scientific understanding of forces and movement has enabled engineers to develop faster ways to travel. We have provided instructions for the game and three sets of ‘cards’ which need to be printed with the vehicle and speed on one side, and the year on the reverse.
