Dron & Dickson Ltd

Research how the company could secure a vital place in the carbon capture market

Carbon Capture Research

As Dron & Dickson approach our 100th year, the group is on a growth and diversification journey and we see carbon capture as a key market sector for growth. We are seeking to balance risk in our client portfolio, support a just transition and ensure we have a sustainable business. The aim of this project is to understand the opportunities that Dron & Dickson and our sister company Cable Solutions Worldwide Ltd have in the emergent carbon capture market. Particular focus should be placed on the electrical supply, electrical engineering and drilling requirements for the sector as Cable Solutions build a specific type of cable assembly that is crucial to drilling assets.

During the internship, you will research the needs of the sector, collect and analyse data to show the best way the company could take advantage of the emerging market. You will present your final findings in a written report and present a summary to key stakeholders.
