Analysis & Mitigation Strategy for Logistics & Operations Carbon Footprint

Cebo UK is committed to enhancing its sustainability efforts and reducing its carbon footprint across its logistics, shipping, and operations. This project aims to provide Cebo UK with actionable insights to mitigate its carbon emissions and drive sustainable practices.

The aim of this project is to analyse Cebo UK’s current carbon footprint across logistics, shipping, and operations. You will conduct a thorough review of Cebo UK’s operational processes to identify key areas contributing to carbon emissions within Cebo UK’s operations and gather data on carbon emissions associated with each operational activity (including transportation, energy usage, and resource consumption). Using your findings, you will then identify and evaluate opportunities for efficiency improvements and carbon reduction measures within Cebo UK’s operations.

You will produce a report outlining findings from data analysis of carbon outputs, including recommendations for actionable steps to reduce carbon outputs and enhance sustainability efforts which can be summarised into a strategy for the company.
