How to increase the diversity of Altrad’s workforce
If we are to complete the multiple construction projects we have underway, maintain the UK’s infrastructure, and stay aligned to our 5 year strategy, we need to increase the diversity of our workforce.
Aims:
During the internship, you will conduct desk-based research and interview key team members to gather information about the what Altrad’s employees do. There may also be opportunities to take part in site visits and shadowing of staff members. You will then conduct research to find out what barriers faced by people joining our industry and what we could do to reduce them.
By the end of the project you will produce a PowerPoint presentation summarising what you found out, supported by a written report with finer details.
