Data Management Review

In our day to day operations at North Star Shipping, we produce a variety of information and data. You will examine and analyse the data from all departments within the Lowestoft office. This project will focus on identifying ways we could make our current processes more streamlined and efficient.

We use the data we collect to create reports and documentation which help us to keep North Star Shipping running efficiently. You will use your findings from the data analysis to review our documents. You should make sure that the information in them is up to date, and if they add value to our business or if they are no longer required.

You will share your findings from this project in a written document. This should include your recommendations for streamlining data collection and analysis and any reports or documentation which should be updated or replaced.
