Fern Communications
You will review the ISO documentation and adapt them from static paper or word documents into interactive electronic documents.
Digitisation of ISO Management Systems
Fern Communications are currently updating their ISO documentation and procedures. ISOs are a set of standards that companies throughout the world can become accredited to. This allows customers and suppliers to ensure they are dealing with a company that follows the same standards whatever field they are in or whatever they are supplying. We will be focusing on ISO9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO14001 (Environment Management Systems) and ISO45001 (HSEQ Management Systems).
As part of our system updates, we are looking to migrate from a paper based/static Word document system to a fully interactive digitised platform. As Fern is migrating to the Microsoft Teams platform, we would like the ISO documentation to be integrated into this, using Wikis, lists, File stores and Microsoft Forms for capturing data. This would allow Fern to access the information from a wide range of locations due to the expansion across multiple sites in the UK and worldwide.
The tasks for this project would involve checking that our documentation is up-to-date and complying with the relevant ISOs and creating interactive electronic copies of the relevant documents. You will upload these in a clear, well-documented wiki or file stores which is accessible to our employees through the Microsoft Teams software. You will also set up Microsoft Forms to collect data important to our business.
