Integrated Logistics Management System – Analyse, Review, and Report

At ASCO, we have invested in a world leading Integrated Logistics Management System (iLMS) helping us deliver excellent service to our clients across the globe. This integrated system supports us to improve efficiencies of our customers world wide and value added to our business.

This project will be a review of iLMS usage and performance in the Southern UK to gather information to develop an understanding on whether it is utilised it to its full capability and is giving us maximum value back to the business. The data will allow for conclusions to be formed and help make suggestions on where improvements could be made

The project will have 4 distinct phases:

  1. ASCO familiarisation, project introduction & meet the staff using iLMS as part of their role
  2. Develop the review to include data gathering & a staff survey
  3. Roll out the survey & gather the data
  4. Analyse the data, summarise & draw conclusions – deliver a presentation to ASCO management with recommendations
