Review of Project Management Systems’ Effectiveness

As part of daily operations, Armultra manage a wide variety of manufacturing and resource provision projects. Each project is carried out in a methodical, controlled manner as to ensure that the client’s and the applicable legal requirements are fully understood and met throughout product manufacture and its delivery. This project management cycle is controlled via comprehensive procedures that need to be reviewed to ensure that they remain efficient and effective

This project will start with an overview of the documented processes and procedures for a project cycle. You will then be supported to follow a current project along its procedure and manufacturing process. This will include identifying and reviewing critical points and noting if there are any improvement opportunities to make the process more effective and efficient. The findings will be written into a report with any improvement opportunities identified.

Undertaking this project will provide excellent hands-on experience to gain a better understand of how this important methodology supports effective operations in a project management environment.
