Funding

The Ogden Trust supports schools, projects and programmes that are committed to enhancing physics teaching and learning. The Trust aims to increase the uptake of physics post-16, particularly for those in under-represented groups.

The majority of Ogden funding is allocated through our central programmes but the Trust does award a small number of physics education grants (of up to £5,000) to schools, colleges and other organisations who wish to carry out projects or activities that support the teaching and learning of physics, and enhance physics opportunities and aspirations.

There is one round of funding each term for grants to support projects that enhance physics opportunities and aspirations. The current round of funding is now open and applications should be made online.

A list of grants made in the previous year can be found in the full accounts on our publications and research page.
