This evaluation explores the outcomes and impacts on participants and their institutions of the STFC/Ogden-funded Outreach and Public Engagement (OPE) Leadership Programme.
The programme was delivered between 2021 and 2025 to a total of 47 people across three 12-month cohorts. The evidence highlights the programme’s role in embedding strategic engagement practice, strengthening institutional infrastructure, and supporting broader leadership development as part of academic career progression.
