Wendy Cox is the Director of Education for the Trust. Having led the School Partnerships programme for the past 9 years, Wendy is now supporting the chief executive to drive and develop the Trust by building strategic relationships with senior leadership at schools and education trusts, and establishing an Executive Leadership panel. Wendy will also lead on external evaluations and other research related to school-based programmes.
Prior to working for the Trust, Wendy came from a career in banking, then teaching (both primary and secondary sector) and gained her headship qualification NPQH. In 2019, she completed an MSc in Education (research design and methodology) at the University of Oxford, Brasenose College.
