Reporting harassment
Any reports of harassment will be dealt with in a timely and sensitive manner.
If a person feels they have been bullied, harassed or discriminated against by an event participant (eg organiser, delegate, sponsor, speaker, exhibitor) they should contact a member of Ogden staff or, if the complaint relates to a member of staff, contact the Chief Executive. Any report will be treated sensitively, appropriately and in a timely fashion.
If a person is seen to be acting in such a way that breaches the Ogden Trust code of conduct, they will be asked to immediately stop the relevant behaviour. Failure to stop will result in the person being asked to leave the event or activity. If there are repeated and persistent breaches of the code of conduct, the person may be removed from Ogden programmes completely.
You can find contact details for all staff members on our team page.
