The Liverpool South Primary Partnership has been established for a year and has built on the success and the expertise of the Liverpool – Allerton, West Derby & Woolton secondary cluster to establish a vibrant primary partnership. There has been a focus to further develop and support primary teachers in their delivery of physics, commencing with the Ogden Phizzi Forces training and the Ogden Phizzi Light & Sound training which many primary teachers participated in. Schools have expressed an interest in setting up science ambassadors within schools and support will be provided for this, including funding for lab coats and badges and help to set up projects for pupils. The partnership has been a huge success so far and looks to continue to be so in the future.
