University of Durham

The teaching fellowship scheme at the University of Durham places highly qualified science students from the university in local state secondary schools for 2.5-3 days a week for a year. They assist with teaching and bring specific up to date science knowledge to the classroom. The Durham Teaching Fellow  scheme began in 2003 and fellows usually start their school years in February, the teaching fellows for 2007/2008 are listed below, and a list of previous fellows can be found here.
