Explorers of the Universe - Ogden Professor honoured
Professor Carlos Frenk - a portrait by Max Alexander for the Explorers of the Universe Exhibition at The Royal Albert Hall 24 September - 2 November 2009.
Carlos Frenk, the Ogden Professor for Fundamental Physics at the University of Durham, has been honoured by his inclusion in a series of portraits celebrating the most influential cosmologists and astronomers of our age.
Part of the International Year of Astronomy Celebrations, the exhibition at The Royal Albert Hall was supported by the Science and Technologies Facilities Council and Royal Astronomical Society.
