Business Competition Winners win trip to New York
The winning Leeds Girls' High School team and their teacher won a 5 day trip to New York to attend the 'Business in America Conference' at New York University (plus £500 spending money) organised by Enterprise Education Trust. 140 teams entered this year's Business Competition and the National Final took place in London at Merrill Lynch on 4 December 2007. Zoe Benedict, Rachel Froebel and Sylvie Hall gave a remarkably assured presentation and impressed the judges with a business plan for a concierge service for American tourists visiting London.
Enterprise Education Trust now organise the National Schools Business Competition which they run in conjunction with their other business programmes Blue Skies, businessdynamics, NFTE and Achievers International.

The team from The Haberdashers' Aske's School were in second place and won a 3 day trip to Paris to include attendance at the 'Your future in Europe conference'.
